I feel that restricting appointments for patients too firstly. - No more than a week in advance. Secondly to on line only appointments is making it far too difficult to see the doc you want to see. I wanted to see a doc Mon 13 Apr but could not as I was on hold so tried to book appt it was 1 week in advance. I tried to book on Mon 13 Apr but only on like book. It is not Mon 20 Apr. The online booking sys did not work properly so I had go ring up and get someone to changer the booking. I don't use docs much thankfully but when I need docs need to be able to get appt.

I have seen Dr, Olive Moore about a lump on my wrist and am worried about it. I have got scan results backs and blood tests back but could not make an appointment for today when I tried as on- line appts only are available. I brought my I'd in as requested on phone this am but told there was not enough staffs photo copy it- if I had been told home now to come back. I tried to make an appoint on 3/4 but as I was on holiday till 12/4 could not.

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Even if there are no appointments a solution or call back is always offered.
